We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Director to lead our human resources function. This role will go beyond traditional HR responsibilities—bringing business acumen, organizational design expertise, and startup agility to help shape our company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has successfully built HR frameworks in dynamic, high-growth companies, and can partner directly with leadership and managers to align talent, performance, and organizational structure with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development & Restructuring
- Lead org design and restructuring initiatives to align with evolving business priorities.
- Maintain and optimize the org chart, ensuring clarity in reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities.
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Oversee salary benchmarking and develop fair, competitive, and scalable compensation structures.
- Evaluate and optimize benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management & KPI Alignment
- Partner with department head or business unit stakeholder to define role-specific KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop frameworks for performance reviews, goal-setting, and continuous feedback.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Lead HR policies, employee relations, and compliance across US and cross-border offices.
- Implement scalable HR systems, SOPs, and processes to support company growth.
- Talent & Culture
- Support recruitment strategy in partnership with TA team; ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, learning, and professional development.
- Act as a culture ambassador—helping balance startup agility with long-term organizational health.
- Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing business insights to people decisions.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable HR initiatives that support company success.
