KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Workforce Planning & Recruitment
Collaborate with department heads to forecast headcount requirements and skill gaps. Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies (online, campus, agencies). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Conduct regular market benchmarking to recommend competitive pay structures. Administer benefits programs (social security, group insurance, retirement funds). Liaise with external counsel and government agencies to maintain full compliance with Thai labour law.
3. Performance Management & Career Development
Roll out annual performance appraisal cycles. Coach managers on setting SMART objectives, providing feedback, and conducting career-path dialogues. Identify learning needs and coordinate with external providers.
4. Employee Relations & Culture
Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Lead engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Monitor attrition drivers and propose retention strategies.
5. HR Operations & Analytics
Maintain and update job descriptions, organisational charts, and HR policy manuals. Oversee HRIS data accuracy and generate monthly metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, training ROI). Communicate corporate HR policies and local adaptations to ensure alignment with APAC/global strategy.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Partner with finance on headcount budgeting and work-permit renewals. Drive ad-hoc special projects, such as wellness programs.
