Assist with all HR inquiries and audits from business partners as well as the HR team.
- Deliver full-cycle recruiting and staffing process management
- Coordinate job offers and on-boarding with assigned locations
- HR point of contact for assigned locations providing recommendations on HR issues and concerns
- Assist with investigations and employee relations
- Respond to and close out claims
- Plan and execute special projects under the direction and review of the Global HR Manager
- Analyze data and provide reports and metrics
- Assist with setting up new user access within HR systems
- Other duties as assigned.
