If you are interested in making a global impact, we are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician I to service the Lubbock and surrounding area.
The Field Service Technician is responsible for servicing, fixing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATM's, software and specialized office products located at client sites in Lubbock. To guarantee ongoing success, you will work in coordination with branch sales and other service team members.
Qualifications:
Available for periodic travel to our corporate office in Mt. Prospect, IL for training classes
Able to lift, push or carry a minimum of 50 pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites
The job requires kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting and squatting to service equipment on the ground up to 60% of the time
Hand and wrist dexterity needed to turn screwdrivers and place parts and equipment
Phone or desk work about 10% of the time doing computer work, bench repair work, parts stocking, tracking service calls and setting up appointments
Ability to stand for long periods up to 75% of the time while servicing some equipment
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish credibility, make decisive decisions and support the organization's preferences and priorities
