WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel. The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for:

  • Processes orders and provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical location
  • Answers phone / email inquiries received from customers
  • Provides inside support to external sales team
  • Handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit Analyst
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring Customer's satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
