We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultant specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other AIOps modules. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements end-to-end — translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational visibility, automation, and incident response. This role requires strong functional knowledge complemented by solid technical configuration skills.

4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in partner or consulting environments.

ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM / CMDB / Discovery & Service Mapping / Event Management / AIOps ITOM Visibility or ITOM Optimization Specialist Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to Service Graph Connector framework and tag-based discovery. Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid). Soft Skills: Consultative communication style with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. Comfortable managing multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality delivery.
US overlap:– There would be a need to be available for customer calls (US based) but not necessary to work in the specific shifts. We have flexible timings of work with the main condition being that the person needs to be available for customer calls during overlap time. The customers can be from any time zones ranging from EST to PST.
