ServiceNow Sales Executive

We are looking for an ambitious ServiceNow Sales Executive to support our growing ServiceNow business at Cprime, helping to sell our comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory and implementation services.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling Cprime services into both new and existing accounts and enabling our clients to maximize the value of their ServiceNow platform investment. Qualified candidates will need to demonstrate a track record of successfully building new services pipeline and supporting our co-sell motions with ServiceNow. They will also leverage their domain expertise in related solution areas – including HRSD, SPM, and CSM.

What You Will Do:
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure.
- Work towards meeting the assigned sales target. Grow and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota target.
- Focus on understanding an organization's business drivers, challenges, and pain points and help articulate the value of ServiceNow adoption.
- Build exceptional, partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including sales, pre-sales & product line sales, through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and co-selling planning sessions.
- Collaborate with an extended team to identify marketing & email campaigns based on the regional pipeline and ServiceNow's list of accounts to help drive lead generation and market awareness.
- Coordinate with several internal departments for preparing proposals for the prospects, smooth handoff to the delivery team, etc.
- Attend multiple networking events to build connections, expand your professional network, and generate leads.
- Drive deals forward with a keen eye on qualification, building a mutual closure plan with ServiceNow, and finding ways to accelerate and increase the closure rate.
- Play an active role in shaping market definition and strategy, especially for assigned markets.
- Data and tool-driven sales using applications like HubSpot & ZoomInfo to drive scale and efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management, such as forecasting, territory plans, etc.
- Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as new partner meetings, new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, and Services Revenue.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling consulting.
- Ability to position implementation services in IT environments where time to value and expertise are critical differentiators.
- Discuss and articulate the long-term ServiceNow adoption roadmap as part of the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that will enable you to create trusting relationships.
- Proactive and highly motivated.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Sales and lead generation experience.
- Client relationship management.
- Willingness and ability to work in complex, globally distributed and diverse environments.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Willing to travel 25-50% as required.
