As the Sales Manager on the MyPOS account, your role is to build and lead the Field team, creating a culture of performance that ensures the Team meet their targets and drives profitability for CPM, while navigating the requirements of directing a team of self-employed sales agents. You will also own the day to day client engagement and manage all core responsibilities of the account including recruitment, training and operations.
You will live the CPM DNA of We Care, We're Curious and We Achieve together and will support your Team, the Client and wider CPM business by example through your passion and commitment for the role.
