As an account manager at CPM Benelux, you are the link between our clients and the execution. You translate client needs into concrete, feasible solutions and ensure everything is arranged flawlessly. A role in which you are fully involved in operations. We are the field marketing partner for A-brands such as RedBull, Samsung, Microsoft, Mars, and Stanley Black & Decker. Our field teams are active daily in stores and restaurants to realize visibility, activation, and sales. Think of merchandising, promotion, and field sales. We do this result-oriented and with an eye for the customer.

What will you do?

As an account manager, you are responsible for the smooth, successful execution of our services. You work operationally, advisingly, and where necessary strategically. When our clients know what they want, you make sure it is arranged.

You communicate daily with your client(s), field team(s), and colleagues in the office to steer everything in the right direction. You are the one who turns plans into action, removes obstacles, and exceeds expectations.

Your main tasks:

• Relationship management & client advice: You are the point of contact for your client(s), provide clear and practical advice, and ensure a good connection of our services to their wishes.
• Team management & guidance: Together with the account executive, you lead the field team. You coach, steer, and guide during absenteeism or development discussions.
• Recruitment: Are there vacancies in your team? Then you play an active role in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
• KPIs & reporting: You set goals, monitor progress, and present results, both internally and to the client.
• Budget & finance: You manage client budgets, provide forecasting, and ensure correct, timely invoicing.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to tackle things. You get energy from client contact, can keep an overview, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You easily switch between people, plans, and priorities.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in an operational role, preferably as an account manager, project or field manager in (field) marketing, sales or service.
• Leadership experience (people manager) with an eye for commerce and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Completed higher education diploma.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Residing in the Randstad (office in Amstelveen).

We offer you:

• A contract for 40 hours per week;
• A salary from € 3650 to € 5050 gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
• A personal budget of € 750 per full calendar year (based on 40 hours) which you can freely spend on sports or relaxation, training, or good causes;
• Company car with the option to drive it privately (deduction applies);
• Trainings so you can further develop yourself;
• 28 vacation days of which 2 are designated free days and 1 day is optionally earned with your effort during CPM Social Day;
