Position Overview
The A/R Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day administration of various A/R duties for CMG's Radio, TV, and Digital stations. Primary emphasis will be duties with the Pay Team, which handles customer payments and order clearing, and Credit Team, which handles credit analysis and account set up and maintenance. Requires strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Will serve in a collaborative manner to support in other capacities in addition to essential duties and responsibilities. Must be a motivated self-starter with ability to take initiative working in a detail-oriented job, and unafraid to ask questions while training. Must be able to function independently as well as with a team. Successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with others, including internal and external clients.
