Your Mission:

• Lead the Pack: Supervise and empower a team of Outside Client Services pros, bridging the field and home office.
• Tune the Engine: Champion our LDM operating model and ensure your team hits every performance checkpoint.
• Keep Clients in the Fast Lane: Build strong relationships with commercial clients and carrier partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Drive Results: Monitor KPIs, resolve roadblocks, and implement strategies that boost profitability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across the Garage: Partner with Pricing, Operations, and Logistics to optimize everything from market-based pricing to carrier capacity.

Qualifications:

Minimum

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
• Requires strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Preferred

• Degree in related discipline strongly desired
• Experience in auction industry desired
