Supervisor, Commercial Services

Oversees Commercial Administration to include sales and expense pre-sale auditing, manages a team of Administrators, and ensures efficient administrative flow within the auction space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop team members, providing feedback, goal setting, and performance planning.
• Oversee the coordination of vehicles for sale and ensure timely and appropriate sale lineups.
• Develop new commercial accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume.
• Determine and implement optimal sales strategies for vehicles across physical and digital platforms.
• Audit transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve client issues.
• Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
• Requires strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial administration, automotive, or auction strongly preferred.
• Degree in related discipline strongly desired.
