As a Sr. Vehicle Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical, client-facing role at the center of our vehicle operations ecosystem. Serving as the primary liaison between clients, auctions, carriers, and internal delivery teams, you'll ensure our services are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for a subject matter expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
You'll act as a portfolio manager and key point of contact for operational execution—anticipating needs, resolving issues, and leading escalations with confidence. Leveraging data, tools, and cross-functional partnerships, you'll help scale our capabilities into new service offerings and industry segments while continuously improving how we work.
