Integrated into the R&D department at the Romans sur Isère site, the Client Support Technician has the following main missions:
Analyses and Expertise with Commercial Service & Quality Control
Plan and analyze the different properties (mechanical, chemical analyses) requested by clients, commercial service, or subsidiary. Write the control report while meeting deadlines.
Manage investigations of client complaints on elastomers. Verify the requested elements and provide a response to the requesting commercial service.
Expertise Role with Clients
Train clients in hand molding techniques. Adapt and revise training content based on the client. Advise clients during the ELA academy training by providing technical recommendations for manual molding. More broadly, provide technical advice to the client, especially in cases of specific production and/or constraints.
Offer advice and technical support actions for clients
May be involved in communicating the analyses made (internal and/or external clients)
Other Activities within the Laboratory
Occasionally support activities of AD, R&D, QM, and production support
Establish a procedure related to analytical equipment if needed
Review, maintain, and communicate the data of articles produced at the Romans production site
Ensure regular control, cleaning, and optimal organization of workstations and laboratory equipment to guarantee maximum operational level. May also ensure technical relations with equipment suppliers.

Qualifications
BTS/DUT/Licence Pro specialty in chemistry/material science/laboratory (Bac +2 to Bac+3)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position or in the polyurethane field
