We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive health and safety programs at our Zhangbin site while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Value Added:
1. Establish and maintain the network with external stakeholders and represent as the site interface with external parties for HS topics and issues. Ensure the most up-to-date information with regard to HS related laws, regulations, and requirements, are collected for site utilization. 2. Execute improvement projects related to safety and health, to provide a safe and health working place better than standards in the market to improve employee's morale. 3. Ensure Zero Recordable Incident Rate at site and contribute to global RIR target via its function expertise.
Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor above degree from EHS related or engineering department
Skills:
- Level B occupational safety management or above license
- Medium English speak/read/write
- Critical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Experience:
- 5 years above experiences of Health and Safety management in chemical industry
