What We Offer

Responsibilities:

1. Supports engineers in planning and executing maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and compliance with technical and safety standards.
2. Supervise maintenance activities for PCT equipment to ensure compliance with standards, workflows, and procedures are followed.
3. Support PCT engineers in maintaining and updating technical documentation.
4. Contributes to cost control by supporting effective maintenance planning, spare part management, and avoiding unnecessary equipment damage.
5. Coordinate activities between planners, engineering, mechanical, and production teams to ensure smooth and effective section operations.
6. Organize transportation of materials for installation, repair, and scrapping activities.
7. Accountable for maintaining tools, manuals, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
8. Promote experience sharing among PCT technicians and be responsible for training and on-the-job coaching to ensure an adequate level of knowledge and skills within the team.

What You Offer

Qualifications:

• High diploma or bachelor's degree in Instrument, Control Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Instrument & Control or Electrical maintenance; experience in the chemical/process industry is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
• Familiarity with DCS and PLC.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Familiarity with SmartPlant Instrumentation.
