路 Own the territory/channel for business delivery within aligned costs:
Qualifications:
路 Post graduate from Tier 1 / Tier 2 universities with 4-7 years of experience in Sales / Trade Marketing. Strong pedigree and prior experience in South region will be preferred
路 Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.
路 Ability to "Get hands Dirty when needed" and execute
路 Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
路 Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR
路 Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit
路 Willing to travel
路 Team handling experience
路 Professional Beauty & Regional Level experience candidates will be preferred
