About The Role

The People Support Center (PSC) is at the heart of Wella Company's HR Service Delivery model. As part of a transformation, the PSC is evolving into a modern, scalable, and technology-enabled HR service organization. This includes increased automation, use of AI, and strong end to end ownership of employee operations. We are looking for a People Support Center Specialist – EMEA, who will play a critical execution role in delivering high quality payroll, Time & Attendance, and benefits operations across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in operational excellence, customer service, enjoy working across countries, and want to help shape the future of HR Service Delivery in a fast-growing, global organization. This role can be based in France or Spain (Madrid) or Poland (Warsaw / Lodz) and works closely with local people teams, global process owners, and external vendors.

As a People Support Center Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution for a defined EMEA country cluster, including:

• Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Execution
• Compliance, Controls & Quality
• Service Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Continuous Improvement & Transformation

What We Want You To Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

Experience in HR Operations / People Services, ideally supporting multiple countries within of them France (2+ years). Proficiency in English and French. Hands-on payroll execution experience for France. Any other EMEA countries payroll execution experience is considered a plus. Solid exposure to Time & Attendance and benefits administration. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and payroll calendars in a structured way. Confident communicator who works well with multiple stakeholders.

Language Skills (Highly Valued) Additional European languages are a strong asset, particularly: German Spanish Italian

Desirable Experience

Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors (e.g., ADP or similar). Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors or equivalent). Exposure to transformation environments, shared services, or scaling organizations. A process and technology-oriented mindset, with interest in automation and AI.
