About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Customer Service Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our distributors across the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure seamless end-to-end order management in SAP, foster strong customer relationships, and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sales growth.

What Will You Do
Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Process end-to-end customer orders in SAP: entry, availability/credit checks, scheduling with DC, documentation, and invoicing
Support growth in assigned territories by identifying new opportunities and optimizing order & delivery performance
Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, Market & Production Planners to ensure timely shipments
Act as a main point of contact for all order, shipping and billing inquiries
Analyze sales and service data to identify trends, drive improvements and support business decisions
Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding order quantities, quality and delivery
Issue credit/debit notes as required and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
Stay up to date on SAP and MS Office best practices, embracing new functionalities and technologies
What We Want You To Bring Along
Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics/Supply Chain
Experience with SAP or another order management system
Bachelor's degree
Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with an analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and strong time management
Attention to detail, ownership and reliability in execution
Continuous improvement mindset and agility in adapting to market and internal changes
