We're looking for a Shipping and Logistics Trade and Commercial Coordinator to join our global logistics team. This is a vital role to support the execution of commercial, freight, and trade compliance strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Track and analyse freight costs across all transportation modes.
• Maintain freight rate cards and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Liaise with customs brokers and prepare documentation for audits.
• Support reporting on freight cost performance versus budget.
• Use digital tools to enhance freight tracking and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with freight providers and resolve service issues.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics and trade who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Skills and experience:

• Experience in international freight forwarding & logistics operations.
• Ability to build rapport with internal & external customers and service providers.
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyse freight cost data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills.
