Executive Assistant

A rare opportunity for an Executive Assistant to sit as part of our Factorie leadership team, supporting our GM during a pivotal chapter in our brand journey. This is a fixed term contract until October 2026.

You'll make impact by:

• Managing a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule with precision
• Preparing reports, coordinating high-level meetings and keeping priorities aligned
• Anticipating needs and creating space for our GM and Leadership Teams to focus where it counts
• Bringing structure, thoughtfulness and follow-through to day-to-day operations
• Being a trusted, confidential partner

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
