We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Buyer to join our Menswear team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting category direction, owning range architecture end-to-end, and translating strategy into strong product and commercial outcomes. You will build balanced ranges that deliver newness, volume and profitability, ensuring alignment to brand DNA, customer demand and financial targets. You will own buy decisions for the category, partnering closely with Planning to align investment, quantities and timing, while trading the category with speed and agility based on sales performance, customer feedback and market insights. You will identify and drive key items, manage pricing at style level, and make confident, commercially led decisions that maximise sales, margin and mix. Working cross-functionally with Trend, Planning, Production, Marketing, Store Experience and Digital teams, you will create clarity and alignment across teams to bring compelling product stories to life across every customer touchpoint. As a leader, you will develop and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and strong commercial execution. • Tertiary qualification / degree in a relevant field i.e. Buying
• Demonstrated experience in a Buyer role within a retail or brand environment
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and lead high-performing teams
• A great eye for product and the ability to tastefully curate designs into a commercial collection, balancing fashion interest and volume drivers
• Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of how buying decisions impact sales, margin and customer demand
• Ability to translate customer insight and category strategy into strong product outcomes at scale
• Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with Trend, Planning, Production and wider business stakeholders to deliver category success
• Strong analytical skills with the confidence to make high-impact, commercially led decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment across teams
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills, with the ability to operate with clarity and pace
• Experience working across global markets and adapting product accordingly
• Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
