Homes.com (a subsidiary of CoStar Group) is a growing marketplace, reimagining the home search experience for consumers and agents alike. We're building the new Homes.com Network to help homebuyers make the best choices for homes they love in neighborhoods that match their lifestyle.
The role of the Client Service Specialist I is responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience to the Homes.com client base consisting of Real-estate Agents, Brokers, and consumers connected with our Agents. In this role, you will be the "first line of defense" for all customer issues answering calls/emails from Homes customers on a wide variety of issues.
As a Client Service Specialist I, you are the voice of the customer, and are looked to for consultative marketing advice. You are an expert of Homes.com products suite and make recommendations in accordance with client marketing strategy. You are generally charismatic and solution oriented.
