- The Senior Customer Engineer will be responsible for onboarding customers across the APAC region onto the Cortex platform.
- This role involves providing technical troubleshooting and support through ticketing systems.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service or customer-facing experience is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is required, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Candidates should possess a deep understanding of microservices and best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
