Objective
Coordinate and guide the Industrial and Lean Engineering team; Disseminate Lean tools, Provide training; Suggest, create, lead and manage improvement projects; Management of progression indicators, applying the necessary actions to keep projects as planned; Support in the training of other team members, Participation in teams developing new products, other activities/routines in the area.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and guide the Industrial and Lean Engineering team, evaluate performance and promote feedbacks for the personal and professional development of the team, providing an adequate climate for achieving results;
Suggest, create, lead and manage Improvement Projects;
Disseminate and implement Lean Tools in the company;
Provide training according to the identified demand, aiming at the technical improvement of Nemak professionals and supporting the application of theoretical content in factory routines;
Act in activities of development of new programs in conjunction with the Engineering of Manufacturing, Process and Projects;
Manage all validation of productive capacity contracted by the clients;
Generate information about new products, elaborating VSM, Takt time, theoretical cycle times;
Elaborate reports and presentations regarding the activities under his responsibility and team, reporting occurrences and costs, in order to position the Leadership regarding the results achieved.
Pre-requisites
Complete Higher Education: Engineering, Administration or related fields;
Desirable Advanced English;
Knowledge and experience with Lean Tools (5S, Standard Work, TPM, Kaizen, System of Ideas, VSM, Problem Analysis and root cause detection);
Experience in Balancing production line with Takt time, Development of Process Flows, Chronoanalyses and Definition of times and cycles.
