We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in automation and robotic testing to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring quality, stability, and compliance across our Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead test planning, execution, and automation while mentoring junior QA team members and collaborating cross-functionally with Project Managers/BAs, Architects, Admins, and Developers.
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will join a fast-paced high performing team that works in a remote first environment. We will set you up for success by providing: • Company-issued equipment • Formal remote training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Minimum Requirements: • 4+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce testing • Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing or similar frameworks • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, and Apex code behavior • Experience testing APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps-driven release cycles • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) • Experience with Copado CI/CD, Git, or other test automation pipelines • Prior experience mentoring junior QA team members or leading QA efforts

The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $110,000–$130,000.
