QA Engineer - Ai Innovation Lab
Copay is currently looking to hire a QA Engineer - AI Innovation Lab to join our team. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, the Architect - AI Innovation Lab will ensure AI solutions meet quality, performance, and ethical standards before deployment.
As a QA Engineer - AI Innovation Lab, you will work in an onsite environment reporting to our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. Copay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Peachtree Corners, GA
- Company-issued equipment
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing and executing AI-specific test plans.
- Automating testing processes for AI pipelines.
- Identifying and resolving defects with development teams.
- Validating model outputs for accuracy and fairness.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical AI standards.
- Introducing advanced AI testing frameworks.
- Supporting continuous monitoring for model drift and bias.
- Championing quality-first practices in AI development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years in QA for software or AI applications.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of AI model testing challenges.
- Familiarity with bias testing and performance validation.
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate quality issues before they impact users.
- Experience in validating AI for compliance and ethics.
