Role Purpose

To drive SHOCS business strong growth and IT digital transform strategy, build business advance data analysis capability and IT project implement, need add more IT resource to support business operation in both 2 MFG site in SHOCS. Balance current IT work loading and reduce the risk from IT resource shortage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve manufacturing information system (include ERP system, MES system, Warehouse management system)
• Engage with business and IT
• Deliver business key projects and IT project management
• Technique synchronizes with global IT and division IT
• User requirement analysis and development.
• IMS (ERP, MES, WMS, CMMS…) system maintenance and improvement
• Production routing support
• IT system risk management and compliance management
• Provide system training to internal and external operation staff

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor or above, with major in Computer or automation
• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years MFG IT work experience
• 2+ years DBA and data analysis work experience
• 1+ years automation project experience
• 1+ years project management experience
• Be good at software development in Python, C#, .Net and SQL development.
• Be good at DB skill and Databrick experience.
• Familiar with MES, SCADA and control system
• Familiar with ERP system (SAP is plus)
