Develop digital platforms and tools to enhance product quality and operational efficiency, including programming for procedure workflows and image recognition. Operate and continuously improve existing digital solutions. Work with data pipelines to support analytics model utilization. Assist in evaluating statistical and machine learning models to validate analytics results. Support testing and improving the accuracy of machine learning models. Create visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret data and make informed decisions. Provide data-driven recommendations to the engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, IT, etc.) to identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and deploy them in production.
B.S or above degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or related. Have Quality dept experience is plus.
Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and theorems, including statistics, machine learning, and deep learning. Basic proficiency in Python and SQL programming. Experience or familiarity with computer vision (e.g., CNNs, YOLO) and web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Streamlit, Django) is preferred. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery is a plus. Good English comprehension in speaking, writing, and reading. Proactive self-learning capability in a high-dynamic working environment.
