• L3&L4 troubleshooting support when production team needed. • Support the factory startup leading by Division or Plant ENG, specifically to assist in installation of new equipment. • Continuously monitor the process data to compare against the established KPIs. Use data analytics tools to track performance in real-time and identify any deviations from expectations. • When performance is below expectations, gather data and information to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. Work closely with the production technical team to understand the nature of the problem. • Lead experiments and performance improvement projects to achieve target goal, including product quality, yield, uptime, lowest cost and capacity. o Performance tracking and analysis o Process capability such as CPK • Train operators, shift leaders, technician, managers, and other engineers to improve their process knowledge • Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed.
• BS or higher with Engineering/Science Major. Chemical or Materials engineering a plus. • 5+ years manufacturing experience • Experience with glass decoration process.
• Strong analytical skills, including in Microsoft Excel, but also with statistical software. Ability to present analysis including in PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to work with other engineers and operations leads to solve problems • Conviction and passion for safety, cleanliness, process control and process discipline • Good oral and written communication skill, English is plus
