The person will have to perform the following tasks:

• Take calls and emails from customers and follow up with them;
• Periodic virtual meetings with customers;
• Communicate with sales representatives;
• After-sales service with customers, representatives, and production according to different situations;
• Document different issues and research appropriate solutions;
• Perform data entry in the Odoo system to create quotes and orders;
• Follow up with the factory for custom production;
• Create product codes or variants in Odoo;
• Reserve material in Odoo with production declarations and order preparations;
• Prepare and print delivery notes;
• Validate delivery notes before sending them to invoicing;
• Create supplier orders;
• File folders;
• Other related tasks.

What we are looking for, a person:

• Motivated who likes to work in a growing and dynamic environment;
• Sense of initiative;
• Problem-solving mode;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good stress management;
• Independent;
• Bilingual in writing and speaking (French and English);
• Mastery of the Office suite (outlook, excel, word, teams);
• Knowledge of Odoo (not mandatory, but a plus);
• 2 years or more experience in customer management.
