Our Revenue Operations team is building the systems backbone that powers CoreWeave's rapid growth. We design and deliver scalable, reliable tooling that supports our GTM teams, strengthens data quality, and enables efficient cross-functional operations across Sales, Finance, Billing Engineering, and Product.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that drive CoreWeave's Go-To-Market motion. Your day-to-day will include building automation with Flows and Apex, managing integrations, improving data governance, and developing Lightning and Apex functionality to support evolving business needs. You'll partner closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected technical deliverables, ensuring high reliability, clear documentation, and long-term scalability. This role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
