Responsibilities:

The Contractor shall provide support to the planning, operations, and mission management of the Army's Personnel Security Appeals Board (PSAB).

  • Evaluate and monitor personnel security system of record to ensure proper case management.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to prepare various documents on a routine basis (e.g. reports, briefings, presentations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external agencies on program and processes to resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information.
  • Independently perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets in an unpredictable, high throughput environment.
  • Break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly relay key information to Program Manager.
  • Identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and improve mission readiness.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision or direction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Three (3) years personnel security experience managing the implementation of security policies, procedures, programs, and management systems (e.g. conducting background investigations, adjudications, personnel security management, etc.)
