Customer Service Manager

The role of Customer Service Manager requires a meticulous attitude, leadership qualities, process-oriented thinking, and sufficient knowledge of the company and its operations both internally and externally related. He/she must be able to work both independently and in a team. Possesses sufficient knowledge of Dutch and English. Can work with a computer, programs, and online customer systems.

General tasks:

*Leading the various account manager desks. *Evaluating his/her employees over whom the responsibility applies. *Ensuring that the department receives sufficient support so that the account managers can fulfill their tasks to the full. *Co-responsible for recruitments within his/her department. *Holding regular internal checks to evaluate the proper functioning thereof. *Other administrative tasks, not only related to the daily operational functioning, that were discussed in advance. *Monitoring invoices with higher values *Reporting deviations from or in procedures. (internal / customers) *Co-following up on the validity of ongoing contracts. *Discussion of the planned working method concerning new or existing projects/clients. *Support and replacement of the Business Manager in his/her absence *Customer visits in consultation with and as part of the sales team (Business Manager/General Manager). *Participating in managers meetings.

Tasks regarding safety/health/environment (SHM):

*Reporting unsafe situations and incidents *Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace *(Actively) participating in admin meetings *Correctly sorting and handling waste

Required qualifications:

*Experience in previous commercial and managerial positions is a necessity *Ability to work with a computer and the software is a requirement. *Knowledge of Dutch and English language *Experience in the sector is required
