The M365 Engineer will engage in delivering high-quality Microsoft 365 support to Core's Managed Services customers. The primary focus of the role is to onboard, maintain, and optimise cloud and hybrid deployments for Core's managed service M365 customer environments. This includes ensuring the smooth operation and security of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. This role will also handle advanced troubleshooting, resolving complex 3rd line issues escalated by 2nd line engineers, and serving as a key interface between 2nd line engineering levels and senior technical architects within Core.
There is a focus on delivering long-term solutions in place of temporary workarounds, and the methodical documentation, implementation, and maintenance of processes is a key part of this role.
