Job Description

C&B/ Total Rewards Project Based Support

  • Analytical support on Recognition / Salary range Project statistic
  • Chair meeting with Payroll team for tax compliance review
  • Summarize findings or Prepare reports for management review
  • Change management in driving projects, lead communication and ensure alignment with different stakeholder
  • Track progress and troubleshooting

Incentive / Variable Plan calculation plan set up

  • Work with different stakeholders and conclude as final calculation
  • Track the progress to meet deadline while ensure compliance in place
  • Support transition plan and change management to commercial excellence plan whenever necessary

Employee Benefit Administration

  • Manage employee commercial insurance enrollment, termination, personal information change; liaise with Total Rewards team, insurance providers and brokers
  • Collect and verify the benefit application documents from employees to ensure compliance with law and company policies
  • Support leave management processes ensuring compliance with local labor law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and prepare reports for Total Rewards, HR and Finance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical check up and flu vaccination
  • Communicate with employees if there's any updates on the insurance benefits.
  • Support any other HR administration support if necessary

Skills & Competencies

Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Good communication skills Good analytical skills Project management skills is preferable Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 6 years' HR experience, previous exposure to C&B and analytic on data is preferred Proficiency with Excel analytical is must. University graduated
