As an IT Support Engineer, you provide technical support to end users across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department, including telephony and communications platforms. You are responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services. The role also involves participating in system-related projects and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
In addition, the IT Support Engineer performs basic programming and scripting tasks to support automation, system integration, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting efforts. This includes modifying existing scripts, developing simple utilities, and assisting with data extraction or configuration tasks as required by business and operational needs.
You excel in tackling challenges with creativity and decisive action. Your collaborative approach, combined with a deep understanding of programming and IT infrastructure, enables you to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results. You are adept at managing complexity, optimizing processes, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
We offer a flexible core-hour work schedule, allowing employees to customize their start and end times as long as they work during core hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM). This role may involve minimal travel (<5%).
