Responsibilities:

Support to the Engineering, Quality, and New Projects departments.

Diagnosis of electrical faults / Programming.

Control and maintenance of scanner, cameras, and programs.

Implementation of New Procedures, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement Methods.

Continuous search for higher levels of Productivity and Cost Reduction.

Perform and record preventive maintenance within scheduled dates.

Assist the Production, Engineering, and Quality departments in changeovers, audits, process improvements and record these activities in a timely manner.

Participation in plant strategies such as 5's, TPM, and Kaizen Events.

Participate in activities that involve the safety and operation of the plant such as the formation of brigades, drills, and documentation.

Requirements:

Experience in Metal-Mechanical Manufacturing Processes, implementation of Poka-Yokes.

Advanced knowledge of high and low voltage electricity, electrical control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and interpretation of schematic drawings.

Desirable knowledge of welding processes: MIG, Resistance, and Friction.

Engineering in Electromechanics, Electronics/Mechatronics, Professional, or verifiable experience in the control area.

High sense of responsibility, service attitude, teamwork oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of PLC "Allen Bradley" Rs Logix 500, 5000, Studio 5000, Factory Talk.

Knowledge of Computer Systems.

Interpretation of Electronic and Electrical Diagrams; Pneumatic and Hydraulic Diagrams; Servomotors.

Ladder Programming - RSLogix 500, RsLogix5000, RSView Studio, Omron.

Calibration and Instrumentation Systems.

Project development and implementation.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

English 85% minimum.

Availability of shifts and schedule.

Experience with handling and programming of Fanuc robots.

Onsite Work Arrangement:

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
