Looking for a Part Time Person to Work with Elderly Members and DDD Members

Job Summary (Including, but not limited to):

  • Assist individuals with mobility, including transferring from wheelchairs and assisting with transportation.
  • Support personal hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Plan and prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular facility cleaning and maintenance.
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to individual behavior.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 90 days of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and other required background checks, including drug testing.
  • Arizona Driver's License and driving requirements per Copa's insurance policy, if applicable.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
