Quality Engineer

We are looking for a skilled colleague for the position of Quality Engineer. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, does not underestimate the small things, and is not afraid to conduct negotiations in English.

What awaits you:

• Representing the company in negotiations with customers on quality issues. Being a reliable partner for the customer
• Direct responsibility for defined quality goals and reporting (number of complaints, overcosts due to non-quality, customer satisfaction)
• Participation in new projects and preparation of documentation according to customer requirements (PPAP, VDA 2)
• Analysis of qualitative defects and customer complaints - regular reporting on the status of open complaints

What knowledge and skills should you have:

• Higher education (preferably technical fields), or experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of ISO is an advantage
• Communication skills (leading meetings and customer visits)
• Knowledge of basic quality tools, orientation in technical drawings - plus for you
• Independence, willingness to learn new things, team player
• Knowledge of automotive standards is an advantage
