Role Description
As the Digital Marketing Manager (Le Pain Quotidien and Little Beet), you will report to and partner closely with the Director of Marketing and be responsible for the digital customer retention efforts, including loyalty programs, email marketing, and social media.
At Convive Brands, we're building the marketing department from the ground up. This role is for someone who is energized by the opportunity to build and test, excited to own and optimize several of our brand's most impactful marketing channels, comfortable working in grey areas, and proactive in managing up to get clarity and make strong recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented strategic marketer with demonstrated experience building and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, writing compelling marketing copy—and most importantly, someone who is obsessed with the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and analyze marketing strategies for loyalty, email, and social media platforms aligned with marketing team and company objectives.
- Manage key relationships with loyalty program platform and franchise partner for social media.
- Manage content calendar for digital channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Proactively monitor and analyze channel and campaign performance, reporting out weekly and making data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.
- Audit existing email marketing lists and make recommendations on the best way forward in order to best optimize, segment, and deliver more relevant and timely content.
- Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to create engaging, consistent, and visually appealing content that ladders up to marketing team objectives.
- Support paid media campaigns across various digital platforms (mainly Google and Meta).
- Communicate effectively, quickly, and concisely cross-functionally—whether it IT, F&B, Operations, or the executive leadership team—to support overall business objectives.
- Partner with Senior Graphic Designer to strategize for and execute effective photoshoots that meet our marketing team objectives.
- Consistently seek to better understand our guests, guest experience, and guest behavior in order to improve their experience and better communicate with them.
- Responsible for strategic planning and optimization as well as execution of marketing tactics.
- Demonstrate an inherent sense of curiosity and take ownership in learning new and developing existing skillsets.
- Responsible for making ongoing website updates on our primary brand sites.
- Responsible for supporting customer service inbounds while following our responsiveness and hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing loyalty programs or CRM, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid media
- Strong understanding of customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Proven experience executing creative thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall marketing strategy
- Analytical mindset with the demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e. Asana, Punchh, SquareSpace, Meta, Google advertising, Yext)
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall marketing strategy
The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is: $95,000 - $105,000
