Carrier Services Specialist
Overview
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Carrier Services. The Carrier Services Specialist (CSS) supports the overall Carrier Services Business. The major function of this job is managing several key areas including carrier relationship management, SIP trunk and MPLS management, porting coordination and execution, as well as carrier circuit management.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Manages New and Existing SIP Trunk Builds
- Manages Customer Expectations and Delivery
- Assists with Porting Events
- Manages Circuit Renewals and Decommissions
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years Telecom experience (sales, project management)
- Must have exceptional aptitude for accuracy and timeliness
- Interpersonal effectiveness, especially relationship and team building
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible, dependable, and ability to meet deadlines regardless of schedule
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, as well as ability to work quickly and accurately

Pay Range
$44,000 - $65,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
