To cover the existing Senior HR Manager on maternity leave to deliver broad HR support to the HRMS employee group in her absence. Directly own and manage HR tasks, working closely with the HR Director and the Senior Management team to provide strategic support in line with long term and short term business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to all employees on the full spectrum of HR issues. Manage the HR team to provide efficient and best practice HR support to HRMS and ensure the development and coaching of the HR Coordinator and HR Administrator.
