Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
Answering to the Environmental Lead and the Environmental Manager, the Operations Environmental Coordinator main activities will include: to support development and implementation of environmental monitoring plans and procedures; to review and recommend improvements in contractors' environmental documents; coordinates environmental contractor selection and onboarding process; interfaces with C&P and finance to ensure contractual planning, bidding and selection, including placement of purchase requests, payment of invoices, etc.; to develop and implement contractor environmental performance reporting tools (daily, weekly and monthly; supports corporate environmental reporting; coordinate waste management to ensure compliance with the company waste management plan, relevant documents from group environmental referential, Mozambique regulations and international standards applicable to the project; to prepare and implement audits on contractors and waste management facilities; to prepare waste management reporting data; to investigate and propose waste avoidance/reduction initiatives.
