We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager (AM) to join our Global Corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

The Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and align solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a fully remote position required to work standard EST hours.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, training, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and industries to proactively recommend solutions
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver exceptional service
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring client retention and revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to Account Management leadership and Product teams based on client needs

We're looking for someone with:

  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, or similar field of study
  • 5+ year(s) of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
  • You're driven; no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
  • A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
  • Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively across projects

The annual base salary for this role is between $125,000 – $135,000 based on experience with commissions, 401(k) matching, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
