Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, working closely with other teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.
Act as "firefighter", addressing urgent challenges daily.

Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
