We're seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development and maintenance of our platform's core functionality. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and Product teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and reliable solutions. As a senior member of our team, you'll take on complex, high-impact projects that require strategic thinking and technical expertise. This position offers the opportunity to shape our technology stack, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation across the organization. What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with back-end logic, ensuring a smooth and cohesive user experience.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize and deliver features that directly impact revenue growth.
• Implement and uphold robust security protocols and manage data protection initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they achieve success with our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in scaling RESTful API systems and building complex software solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, and AWS, with a deep understanding of architectural best practices.
• Proven experience in data migration, ETL systems, and SaaS product development.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• A passion for mentoring others and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Salary Range: $170,000-190,000 base DOE.
