Corporate Systems Operations Support Analyst

As an important part of implementation and support, they will work as a member of Corporate Systems Operations Team. The Support Analyst position will work directly with a Senior Analyst to help contribute to data and metric resolution. As part of the job, they will contribute to the management of daily tasks, creating reports, and troubleshooting the functions of the engagement cycle, troubleshoot access.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to end users of various Corporate System Applications
  • Analyze metrics and reports with operations & finance teams
  • Evaluate engagement data to assist with engagement creation

Additional Responsibilities/Details:

  • Manage constantly evolving workload
  • Track issues and help in analyzing solutions to issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Create detailed and comprehensive reporting using a variety of tools, including but not limited to, SQL Server queries, MS Excel and PowerBI
  • 2+ years in Ediscovery industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand workflow.
  • Strong Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to adjust when there are shifts in priorities.
  • Good organizational, time management and listening skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Able to follow directions.
