Our Commercial Team in London supports the management of ConocoPhillips' worldwide commodity marketing and trading needs. The 50-person team works with our corporate commercial leadership team around the globe on the development of optimal trading and risk management processes for expanded Crude, NGL, gas and LNG activities. In addition, the team works closely with our colleagues in our producing business units.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be the dedicated HR representative for the London City office, reporting directly to the Corporate HR Manager for the Commercial business located in Houston, Texas. This role involves offering strategic leadership and consultative HR support to the local Commercial Leadership Team, while also working in tandem with a network of global HR Business Partners to deliver on talent-related strategies for the Commercial business.
To drive the strategic growth of the Commercial business, the ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in HR business partnering, as well as substantial experience in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation, senior stakeholder management, and employee engagement. Driving thoughtful and pragmatic change by encouraging innovative thinking and continuous improvement in both routine and complex HRBP functions.
The successful candidate should possess a CIPD qualification and a degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline, along with demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR capacity.
