Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a part-time Technical Support Representative to join our team in Farmington, CT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth technical operations. You'll work onsite and provide critical support for enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design solutions for enterprise hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure.
• Partner with network and other IT teams to monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across a wide range of IT systems.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

• Pay: $25 - $30/hr. | Pay cycle – weekly
• Schedule (Part-time): Monday – Friday | 20 hours per week. Flexible with the hours worked each day as long as they are completed during core business hours.
• Onsite position – Farmington, CT

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
